I have been coming to Happy Hour Fit Club for over a few years now. I have tried other boot-camps in the area and nothing has compared. The workouts are always different, usually a boot-camp, circuit training format broken up by cardio bursts (sometimes with a friendly competition)

I always feel like I get in a great workout. My athleticism and overall endurance has improved a ton since I began. It is the most consistent I have ever been in my life when it comes to working out.

The best part about HHFC isn't necessarily the workouts though. The people I have met here really make it fun and not like a workout at all. This is a group of women of all ages and types that are fun and friendly. Since I have started I have ran 3 or 4 races and even done a sprint Triathlon, something I have always wanted to do but in the past never had friends who were interested in racing.

By taking advantage of the HHFC babysitter, I was actually able to get my workouts in, and focus on me

I’d never been able to stick with a workout routine until I stumbled upon HHFC while I was out walking my new baby. I was new to the area and a new mom. With Happy Hour Fit Club, I found a great group of women, made some friends and most importantly got some much needed personal time at the workouts. If it weren’t for Kerrie’s babysitter program I wouldn’t have been able to make it happen. By taking advantage of the HHFC babysitter, I was actually able to get my workouts in, and focus on me; while my 3-month old baby was well taken care of at the playground in my view. After I developed a routine, I joined Kerrie’s bi-annual weight-loss challenge. Her challenge motivated me and helped me to loose the baby weight and get back to a place I hadn’t been in years!

Happy Hour Fit Club has completely changed my life in so many ways!
Prior to coming to workout with Kerrie, I pushed the stroller on brisk walks and always thought "toning up" would be nice...but honestly I never knew where to start. So a few months after I had my 3rd baby, I decided enough is enough and I headed to the park. I was met with smiles, encouragement and my kids were well loved and taken care of at the nearby playground by fellow mommas. Kerrie's fitness knowledge and perfectly timed encouragement combined with her bubbly, silly, fun attitude and workouts made HHFC the perfect fit for me!
Now-over 3 years later and another baby-my love for this group continues to grow. My kids look forward to the park and know that mommy is there to be "healthy and strong". This is my fitness family and new girls always bring a flare, an inspiring story and lots of laughs!

Working out with HHFC has become an integral part of my weekly routine. I have been a member for several years and always feel challenged. I absolutely love working out outside surrounded by women of all levels of fitness with one goal in mind.... To become fit and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Kerrie is always so inspiring and motivating! The workouts are never the same, but are always challenging. HHFC offers so many different ways outside of our daily workouts to engage and become more physically fit. Races, mud runs, hikes, walks, and weekly ultimate frisbee games that have connected so many people through activity. A couple times a year, the trainers at HHFC also host and participate in a weight loss challenge. Kerrie always makes the weight loss challenge educational, motivating, interactive, and always fun to be a part of. "Come as you are" .... is always Kerrie's motto and I know that you will feel the strength in women, community, and camaraderie!! Join us!

HHFC turned me into a new woman! I had been doing the gym thing for quite a few years. I went pretty regularly, but I was uninspired to really go and would end up doing short workouts because I was just so BORED. I finally tried Kerrie's workout just over a year ago and I never looked back. The workouts are never the same, you're outside in the fresh air, all the women are positive and motivate one another and the competitive atmosphere makes you want to work harder! I "thought" I was fit before coming to HHFC, but I couldn't even run continuously for longer than a few minutes. Now I'm doing triathlons! And I've dropped weight around those trouble areas I've always had my whole life and I now wear SHORT shorts!!! I love it! Kerrie will get you in shape and make you love doing it! I promise you..
